We wish you knew
Addiction is the most devastating disease in our society. It is pervasive and indiscriminate. We wish more people knew how broadly it affects every community. Darrell Garrett, Chief Operating Officer at The Foundry, says it best.
“Addiction does not discriminate—it can affect anyone, no matter your race, national origin, ethnic background, age, gender, or socioeconomic status.” -Darrell
Many participants who enter our program are at the end of their rope. Hopeless, they enter our facility broken: mentally, physically, and spiritually. We wish you could experience that first meeting to see what addiction will do to you and where it will leave you.

The effect of addiction is like a bomb, reaching out and destroying everything around you. The most likely people to be struck are those closest to you.

With hard work, persistence, consistency, anyone can overcome an addiction. We wish more people knew that.
