Fill a gallon-sized bag with:

- 1 – Pack of Chips or Crackers
- 1 – Protein Bar
- 1 – Gatorade or Powerade
- 1 – Chapstick
- 1 – Small Journal or Notebook with Pen
- 1 – Encouraging Note
