50th Anniversary Celebration

30% of nonprofits will close their doors after ten years. (Nation Center on Charitable Statistics) It takes an incredible amount of vision, dedication, hard work, passion, and blessings to make it to fifty years. And we think that is a great reason to celebrate, look back, and be thankful. Our 50th Anniversary Celebration Event was a perfect moment to acknowledge the legacy of The Foundry Ministries.

The Event

It was wonderful to gather together as The Foundry Family. Your enthusiasm and passion is so inspiring. The weather, venue, event, and game were better than we could have hoped. Thank you to those who attended the event. We hope you feel as energized as we do about the future of this ministry!

The People

The people make the organization. So many individuals deserve heartfelt thanks for their service to The Foundry. People like Rev. Sam Reynolds, Rev. Gerald Price, Pastor Bill Heintz, and the list goes on. We realize that an untold number will never receive the thanks they deserve (at least here on earth), and our gratitude to those is immeasurable.

We could measure fifty years of success by buildings built, enterprises launched, money raised, or staff hired. We’ve certainly accomplished plenty over the years. But at the end of the day, our work is all about people. We’ve served over 40,000 individuals through our programs. That is a proud legacy.

The Future

Fifty years of service is not enough. As the need for addiction recovery grows, we plan to meet that need. Five decades of building and learning has equipped us for more significant work in the future.

We strive to expand a great legacy.
